The following changes were made to Makefile:

* added correct tarball in SRC
  * added dependency for glibc
  * added BRIEF
  * moved to new version scheme
  * fixed patch loop
  * split into ncurses and ncurses-dev
  * moved the make/make install stuff out of variables
