* Upgraded to more recent version of eudev
  * Added REPO
  * Removed --disable-static
  * Added udev.conf
  * usher now uses /bin/sh
  * Removed TARGET from usher
  * usher now checks for chroot and runs udevd restart if not in chroot
  * usher now executes mkinitramfs
