This package has gone through significant changes:

* Re-wrote/cleaned up init scripts
  * Re-wrote init-functions
  * Moved some things (init scripts, defaults, configs) to other packages
  * Added update-rc which manages /etc/rc* directories
  * Added usher to manage defaults
